(Served in a chalice)
A- This beer pours a dried apricot color slightly hazy with a lumpy white head and a lazy carbonation.
S- The dry white pepper phenolic leaves with a hint of white cheese rind and a faint brett grapefruit note.
T- The nice dry mellow yeast character takes on a slightly tangy note as it warms with a wheat hint leading to some dried fruit character in the finish. There is a soft brett grapefruit pith note that lingers after each sip.
M- The medium-light mouthfeel has a fizz with a slight spice to it and no alcohol heat is noticed.
O- The nice well blended flavor has some peppery and fruit yeast characters which add a nice depth and it is very easy to finish the bottle. The price is a bit high compared to other with similar character but I enjoyed this bottle.
