750ml bottle split between two big snifters. Can't find a bottled on or best by date.
Pours clear golden with a huge head, some (but not much) lacing. Lots of carbonation. Very aromatic. Smell is saisonny. Spicy, tangy. Slight hint of dirty dishwater. Apparently I don't know the right words to describe these aromas.
Taste is along the same lines. Dry, but not bitter, light, but flavorful. Slightly tart, slight hint of dirty dishwater, spicy. Something fruity.
Mouthfeel is thick but fluffy. Overall, this seems like a really solid saison, with an interesting little spicy twist from the rye.
