Bottle into Tulip. No freshness date found.
Appearance- Deep gold, Slight haze, Big white head that leave a good lacing.
Aroma- Fruity, spciy, peppery notes, somewhat tropical, Getting some of the basil which seems to sink in with the spicy notes, but shows up the more I drink it
Flavor- Lemony, some basil, fruity, sweet, spicy, finish, very light but has a lot of complexity, Light grapes, some breadyness as well.
Mouthfeel- Quick and sharp carbination, medium light bodied, a slight amount of alcohol warmth
Overall-Nice take on the style, the thai basil makes a decent impression though isn't really strong. There are better triples out there, but this is a good experiment. Worth trying if you like the style.
