Poured from a bottle into a snifter glass.
Look - golden color, a little hazy, with about four fingers' worth of frothy white foam that dissipates somewhat slowly. Good carbonation.
Smell - a bit citrusy and even a bit bitter like maybe a grapefruit type of smell. Hoppy smelling as well.
Taste - interestingly citrusy but at the same time earthy, as in more subdued. I think it might be the thai basil that's helping to balance it out a bit. But it does still have a hint of that citrusy or bananas and cloves type of head.
Mouthfeel - pretty well-balanced, leaning just a little on the creamy side.
Overall - not a bad brew at all, good-tasting and thought-provoking.
