Had this bottle sitting in the cellar, time to make some way for the summer 2010 brews...
A - A little darker than your typical triple. Pours with a good 2 finger head that subsides to leave a nice lacing around the glass
S - Has a good spicy scent. The bottle suggests to enjoy it fresh.
T - Even though I've had this cellared for a few months it doesn't appear to have effected the taste at all. The spice (some sort of basil) is evident but not overpowering. Overall a very well done triple.
D - The higher ABV makes this a great session beer. I just enjoyed my bottle while grilling up some grub on a Friday evening.
M - It pours a little gassier than I normally like but it seems to flatten out a little bit and become tolerable.
I've yet to have a bad brew from the Breuery and this is another one that I'd definitely drink again.
