Bought a 750 ml bottle from the Bruery after visiting it last Sunday. Pours a murky, cloudy pale yellow with fizzy head that very quickly fades away within seconds. Smells mostly tart and a little sour. Tastes tart, sour and slightly acidic like. Nice for a Berliner Weisse. Light and somewhat refreshing mouthfeel. Overall, a nice unfiltered version of a somewhat hard to find brew.
Like a previous review, not sure the bottle was quite worth the $8-$10 price tag.
