Pale straw colored with an overly active, highly carbonated brilliant white head that dissipates quickly at about 50 decibels.
Wonderful lactic aromas, lemon zest, wheaty, with some sour berry fruits and light funky, horse blanket, earthy aromas. Very effervescent and estery.
Nice wheat flavors, and new mown grass smells. Lemon, white pepper, lactic acid, some orange zest and bready into the finish. Very light and refreshing on the palate but maybe a little too light. However this is only 3% ABV. A nice beer.
