Poured into a hefe glass. It pours an extremely crisp, bright yellow color with a nice bone white head on top. It looks absolutely fantastic. One of those beers that just looks like a great beer.
It smells like lemon citrus and slightly bready. The taste is basically the same as the smell except for the attack of tartness on the front end. After that is smooths into a nice bready malt flavor and finishes with that classic wheat beer finish.
Tart, sour, snappy, crisp. This would be a great summertime brew, especially coming in at 3.1%.
