Pours a very light, pale yellow straw like color with a thin, white head. No head retention and minimal lacing.
Smell is rather subdued, but that is to be expected for such a low alcohol beer. There is a nice, mild sourness in the smell, and a very slight bit of funk (brett.)
The taste is delightful. Nice and tart, but balanced. Extremely refreshing feel. A sort of bread like quality to the taste. Very dry, with a slight funk from the brett.

A very refreshing, classic take on the Berliner Weisse. This seems to be more to style than a lot of the Berliners we see around the states these days.
