A- Pours a nice dark reddish brown color. Kind of bubbly. Not a lot of lasting head.
S- Mostly just holiday spices. I notice cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, etc. There is also the sweet molasses in the nose.
T- The most noticeable things were the spices and Belgian yeast. Lots of spices and a nice sweetness up front. Yams are not quite as detectable as I had hoped, but the molasses and spices are all there. The mouth was medium bodied, and fairly carbonated.
O- This is not exactly what I was expecting, but it was a great brew. I personally do wish I could have tasted more of the yams, as I feel like the flavor was covered up almost entirely by the yeast and spices. Good seasonal brew overall though.

A: Nectary red, almost completely opaque with a tan head.
S: Cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, crisp apple, orange, banana, peach and nectarine in the nose.
T: Nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, banana, pumpkin and maple.
M: Medium bodied and smoothish.
O: Taste was a bit of a letdown after the nose, but it's a very good beer. Definitely recommended if you like a nice pumpkin/spice ale.
