Poured out of the bottle and into the glass and right away the thick white foamy head built and overflowed the glass. The bottle kept bubbling and bubbling. The head looks like whipped cream. After the head settled, I only have 1/4 of the brew in the glass so had to pour more. As a result, more overflowing.
Lots of sediment floating and carbonation. The beer itself is orange.
Smell is not too strong, but "clean" With fruits such as pears and pineapple. Some corriander is present.
Taste is good, with lots of spice and malt. Very dry. A burnt plastic off-flavor is present but not too much of a problem. A short bitter after taste is present.
Not my favorite Brewery beer, but still decent.
