750mL bottle poured into a snifter.
(A)- Pours a hazy golden apricot orange color. Some decent white froth and lacing.
(S)- An interesting smell of toast and apricot jam meets honey and oaky booze. Bits of orange citrus and wheat in the background.
(T)- Plenty of orange/apricot citrus meets wheat and biscuit. A splash of honey and oaky booze at the end.
(M)- A good carbonation level and balance. Not overly sweet but a serious punch of citrus for a wheatwine. The heat is a bit forward too, but not off-putting.
(O)- An interesting wheatwine that is quite potent in the citrus realm.
