Pours out with a big thick fluffy white head and a hazy golden orange body. Long lasting head and plenty of lace left.
Coconut and vanilla barrel character, caramel and butterscotch sweetness, oak, wheat, pear, apple, and white grape.
Coconut, vanilla, caramel, plenty of alcohol warmth from that 11.5% , fruitiness and spicy yeast.
Lots of carbonation tingles the tongue. Was expecting more than a medium body on a big wheat wine.
Interesting beer. Lots going on and it transforms greatly from cold to room temp. Misses the wow factor that a lot of Bruery beers have for me. Still very good.
