Our infamous Black Tuesday is an imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels for over a year. Rich caramel, toasted malt, vanilla, burnt wood and anise are just a few of the many flavors in this rich, decadent imperial stout.

The beer comes in a motor oil black with a thin little brown ring with barely any head.

The aroma comes with tons of deep vanilla, sweet chocolate, bourbon soaked fruit, sweetness of caramel, sticky molasses and toffee with some booze.

The flavor follows with tons of dark fudgey chocolate, sweet sweet intense vanilla, bourbon, tons of sugary caramel and toffee that sticks. Some oak trying on the end. The barrels didn't shine through as much as I would expect.

Huge viscous mouthfeel on the beer.

A fantastic really big beer that does its flavors quite well.

What a monster. Black tar stout. Big booze on this. But it really blends nicely with everything else going on. Great mouth feel to it. Really one of the better stouts out there. It's kind of on its own as far as uniqueness. This is a big intense beer. Don't recommend opening it by yourself. The Bruery just kills it time and time again.
