I am the guy who has ONE beer a night.
It'd better be good.
This was...'nuff said.
$10 10oz snifter @ MAXBURGER Longmeadow, MA
Especially think the Cider Bandwagon should venture this way.
I'm sure it's not the healthiest beer, but, I hit the gym today.
The best beer for my dollar at this establishment? Maybe not, but I don't budget my pleasures that way.
This was today, this was my beer, this was a good choice.

A natural orange juice color meets the eye with a tinge of peach. The head was foamy and tight.
The nose is tart, sour and a bit acidic with cherry and lemon juice like aromas.
Tempered sour fruit first meets the palate with citrus acidity. Oranges, lemons and a grapefruit juice flavor hold through as it finishes with oak, cream and cider.
The feel is not too tart, no pucker factor at all, with smooth thickness and drinkability.
The barrel must really even this sour out, as its not too tart, but the flavors were easily preserved.
