Poured from a 750ml bottle (2013 vintage) into a stemmed tulip glass and shared with a coupe friends.
A golden body with a beautiful reddish hue, massive lacing. A massive nose that is dry, spicy with lots of acidic citrus and a massive tart/sour aroma, slightly sweet. The palate is sour and acidic; a bit salty. The rye keeps the malt dry and spicy, the sweetness in the nose is absent on the palate. Not much oak. It finishes long and tart. Medium body and carbonation. Wow, a really nice brew; super tight.
