A - Rudy-brown with skim off-white head# leaving small patchy lace.
S - metallic Jewish rye on the front end. A whiff of iron, malt, and
wet dog, but very quiet overall on the nose. Not very impressive.
T - Rich toasy malt up front with spicy rye on the finish, nice white and subtle black pepper. fairly unique...I'm not familiar with this Danish style, but it is like a rich red ale studded with wild rye and rich toasted malt. An interesting and enjoyable flavor profile.
D - A fine drink. Unique yet familiar; like a brown ale meshed with a rye... and something
else going on. A fun beer to try if you have a more rich profile in mind.

Appearance: Dark brown, with amber highlights, low tan head, clarity good
Aroma: Sweet malt and dark fruits(plums), caramel, some spices, light alcohol aroma
Flavor: Sweet malts, lots of caramel, fruits such as plums, bread, spicy, pepper, low bitterness but enough to make beer cloying, alcohol
Mouthfeel: medium full body, med low carbonation,
Overall: Sweet malt and fruity, spicy that finishes with lots of caramel. Alcohol presences seems a little too much for an 8% beer.
