The Beers of California
Freshness Date: None
A: Orange golden with a thick haziness and a pillowy head of small bubbles.
S: Bright and fruity with strong citrus character with a hint of pineapple and banana. There is also flowers and springtime. The yeast comes through on a base of crackers and bread.
T: So bright and full of sunshine. Again there is flowers and leaves paired with citrus zest. Some pineapple and banana esters and plain-o yeastiness bring interest to the palate. The malt base is grainy with a cracker lightness with a hint of caramel.
M: Light with a good amount of carbonation. A refreshing beer.
O: A solid American style Belgian ale. The Bruery excels here with a refreshingly hoppy ale with strong yeastiness that adds fruity ester complexity.
