Pours a hazy golden beneath a soft whipped egg white head that refuses to dissipate, leaving chunky lacing on the glass.
Smells of papaya, under-ripe pineapple, green apple, lemon, pine, and yeast.
Taste follows smell, with yeast and sweetness big players. Bubblegum. Finish includes a green peppercorn spice note.
Creamy mouthfeel with medium carbonation to clean off sweetness.
Very fine beer from The Bruery. Wouldnt't mind some morebitterness or acidity to clean off the dominant tropical fruit.
