The Bruery Mischief has an enormous, spongy, white head, a hazy, yellow-gold appearance, some ascending solo bubbles, and lots of heavy lacing left behind. The aroma is bold- sweetness, white bread, hop resin, and a touch of citrus. Taste is of sweet, sugary white bread, citrusy, somewhat piney, hop oil, and some low-to-moderate bitterness. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and The Bruery Mischief finishes mostly dry, rich, sweet, and relatively easy drinking. To me, this is more of a California single IPA, rather than any sort of Belgian-like ale. Taking that into consideration, I still think it's very delicious.
