A - Hazy straw-yellow in color. Enormous, soapy white head makes multiple small pours required. A continuous stream of bubbles remain present throughout the drink.
S - Everything you're looking for with the style. Slight funk of Belgian yeast, lemon, green apple and peppery notes. Really inviting.
T/M - Starts sweet and crisp with the taste of green apple before turning a little tart and peppery. Very dry. Medium-bodied with just a tad too much carbonation.
O - Really enjoy this one. Feel it's a fine example of why I like the style. Will gladly pick up again.
