The white pillow-cloud of sleep, and the dreams drift you off into the rainbow's front yard, the huge white puffs that leave sheets and look as though you could bound about on them, atop a golden fiery sunset in this ether world, unseen by man until the last century, only dreamed of...
Flowery and light on the nose, a sunshine-dust with some light yeast-cracker crumbs and ozone, the green gold of airy hops and the classic notes of Duvel.
A flavour much the same, a sunshine-day in a flowery field flavour, white grapes and golden raisins, with a grassy herbal hop presence.
Fluffy on the tongue like so many clouds floating in the breeze, fills the mouth with a light, airy and enjoyable body, both lightly prickly and slick in the finish.
This is a well made BPA. It's above average though not drastically so, but is a great American interpretation of the style.
