Enormous creamy, white, peak-forming head on a cloudy golden liquid. Leaves doilies all the way up the side of the glass.
Smells delightfully yeasty and fruity - lychee, pineapple, canned peaches. Has a mineraly hop smell too.
Immediately juicy, sweet, and fruity tasting with a flash of fruity acids followed by a dryness like sucking on pecan shells. Yea, that dryness is pretty mischievious, but mostly enjoyable. If it cleared out sooner and didn't stick to my teeth it would be a bit better.
It's a really light-hearted beer that means business at the end.
