750ml bottle poured into tulip 30/6/13
A hazy golden orange with a few bubbles feeding a large and loose 3 fingers of foam that falls rather fast leaving a couple thick partial rings
S some spicy yeast, pear, apples, some brown sugar, faint catty notes, canned pineapple, faint pine, and some more spice with citrus I can't quite place, a fair bit going on
T not quite the same level of fruit and more yeast almost funky, a little more spice then the nose, a small step back but still solid
M medium full, with more bubbles then I could see in the glass, a mild bitter bite with very faint booze, a little spice and lemon rind on the finish
O something I enjoyed and would recommend but its a little overpriced at 13$, the nose was great and not lacking in any area
I'm pretty happy to see The Bruery here in Alberta and can only wonder what else I may be able to get my hands on. Its not cheap beer but you gotta know I'll be buying all of them at least once.
