Appearance - Light pear/apple juice yellow with a monster 3+ inch fomay head, and tons of lacing.
Smell - Hops, loads of spices, lemon, corriander, banana, citric, yeasty, lots of sugars, honey, pear, farmhouse/saision funk.
Taste - First sip is what i expected, hoppy with loads of spices and belgium yeasts. Funky, citric and sweet, the yeasts add more sugars. Honey, banana and lemon are a main flavor. Has a nice sour finish. Very earthy, grainy, much like a saision. Grassy, herbel notes round this great beer out.
Mouthfeel - Lots of flavors, tounge gets the sugars, hops and grainy flavors. The palate gets more yeasts and a sour flavor. Alcohol warmth slighty creeps out. The aftertaste is dry, sour and yeasty.
Overall - Fantastic, really fun to drink, loads of flavor, and light enough to enjoy, not wreck your mouth. Love the funky belgium yeasts that add a sourness along with the sweet sugars and hops. Decent price, well made beer, for sure try it.
