A- Slightly hazy gold color with a towering egg shell colored head. Billowing head is resilient with sticking lacing clinging to the side of the glass.

S- A lot of yeast and a distinct pepper smell. Some citrus and phenolic clove break through the peppery aroma. Towards the middle a citrus hop emerges that lingers into the finish along with a continued pepper.

T- The yeast and pepper mix quickly with a phenolic clove to create a strong beginning to the beer. Citrus hop taste picks up towards the middle before peaking as it runs into the end of the beer. Moderate bitterness in the finish as well with alcohol coming through slightly and warming the mouth.

M- Medium to medium-full in body. Spritzy carbonation on the tongue and some alcohol warming.

O- Another great job from The Bruery, no surprise. I guess the real challenge would be trying to find something I don't like. I would like to see how this one changes with time as the hops fade. Might have to put a bottle away.
