On cask at The Bruery,
A: Pours golden, translucent with a finger of white head, light lace.
S: Lots of citrus, not hugely pungent, but a nice smell.
T: Hops completely dominate the brew. A delicious mix of pine cone, lemon juice and kiwi, very tasty.
M: Medium-bodied, strong crisp carbonation which is a little surprising out of the cask.
D: Really good beer. Tasty, intriguing new hop, and organic to boot. Maybe Ivanhoe is the next Simcoe. Sir Walter Scott would be proud.

On cask at the Bruery
A: The pour is the typical cloudy golden color, but perhaps a bit more clear than Mischief normally is. A fairly substantial white head for a gravity pour.
S: Some nice fleshy citrus and grapefruit rind aromas right off the bat, but an unfortunate chlorine note comes through shortly after.
T: Slightly bitter hops along with grapefruit providing some freshness and a touch more bitterness. There is a slight sweetness and hint of pineapple, too.
M: The body is medium with very minimal carbonation to the beer.
D: The better of the two casks, but like with the Cascade version I was left feeling I'd rather just have a "regular" Mischief.
