Appearance - Deep clear orangeish ruby with a thick white two finger head with good retention.
Aroma - Caramel, citrus, vanilla, strong centennial hop profile,
Taste - Citrus, caramel , vanilla, dark fruit, strong fresh hops, light oak that comes through as the vanilla/woodyness . Not too full bodied but enough to carry the hops and oak well. Blends deliciously.
Overall - Complex yet balanced. Not over the top. I think they did a very good job with this one. Very approachable and also complex. The Bruery can do no evil.
