First pour was probably a bit too chilly, but as soon as the cap "whooshed" open I couldn't wait to get a taste into my mouth. Drank the first glass and am reviewing the second. Poured a gorgeous copper brown, little head but interestingly enough, it's hanging on 10 minutes later. Yeasties floating through. Smell is wonderful. Lots going on. Vinegar, barnyard, tart cherry, fig, vanilla and oak. Taste is outstanding. Yes, sour, but so much more. Dry as can be, and wipes the palate clean on each sip. This is a great beer. If you don't dig sours you'll struggle; but think this one through. Let it linger. Won't be downing a third glass, as the acid is catching up and it won't be appreciated. But two nice pours of appreciation make this highly drinkable. Comparable to anything out of Russian River, or anywhere else for that matter. Well done.
