A - Pours dark brown with a red hue into my snifter with about a finger of head that dissipated pretty quickly and leaves little lacing.
S - Tart cherries, funky leather, oak, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar sweetness, and some malts fighting to get through.
T - Tart and juicy, lots of cranberry notes, tart cherries, leathery funk, and balsamic notes as well, really follows the nose pretty closely and has an excellent oak finish that really lingers.
M - Medium body with very balanced carbonation, somewhat dry, yet it certainly makes my mouth water.
O - This beer is awesome, however it's pretty damn pricey. Well worth trying or sharing with a friend at least once.
