A: Pours a dark, nutty brown with a feeble cream colored head. The size of the head is not the only minimal aspect of the head, the retention is practically non-existent.
S: From the second it hits the glass a strong sour cherry aroma floods the nose. With a more in depth analysis, a hidden sweetness can be found in the aroma.
T: Astounding cherry flavors infused significantly well with a sour tartness. Actually it is highly similar to eating a real cherry with the pit. After the cherry zest fades there is a modest nutty wood essence, but it merely contributes to the cherry taste without replacing it.
M: Assumptions may be made by an insignificant head, but the sours appearance works excellently at providing a pleasant explosion of flavor. Considerably easy to drink and finishes extensively dry. Leaving one to crave another sip.
O: Personally I am not a fan of flavored beers, but this brew is quite unique. It is an elegant brew that is substantially worth a try.
