Big ass 2" head on this one, yellow liquid, not much for clarity, lots of haze like its a pledge at a frat. Aroma had mild lemon like citrus notes, couldn't grasp the salinity.
Salinity, tartness, very low. Like the opposite of de garde gose's that are more like wild ales, this one owed just as much to pale wheat bland beers. No off flavors, but it just doesn't do much other than be one of the first commercial examples in the revival these days.
Saving my last one for when its 100+ degrees this summer.
