Poured from a 750mL bottle into a goblet.
A: Pours a pitch black color with a creamy off-white ring for a head. Lots of carbonation creates a soda-like appearance.
S: Very tart aromas of lemon, green apples, and dark fruits. Definitely very acidic and funky.
T: Nearly exactly like the aroma. Acidic, tart fruits, and a light vinegary taste. It has a nice earthy and lactic backbone.
M: Medium bodied with quite a bit of carbonation with a sour and dry finish.
O: This is an awesome sour with a unique angle being a sour stout. Definitely a must try for sour lovers.
