A- Pours a blackish-brown with dark amber hues on the edges. Almost no head or lacing, but heavy carbonation is visible.
S- Aroma smacks you in the face with tart cherries, plum, apricot, lots of sour granny smith apple, and some wile yeast funkiness. A touch of roastiness and raspberries.
T- Wow! This is mouth-puckering sour! The flavor follows the nose nearly identically, though no real pronounced roast flavor.
M- This is highly carbonated with a medium to thin body which works well with the style.
O- Overall a very good sour, though I don't know where they are getting the "stout" part from, other than the color.
