Poured into a snifter
A: black with a half finger tan head. Minimal lacing.
S: like a box of Sweet-tarts, mingling with cherries
T: what an interesting blend of tart and stout. The first rush is tart apples and pears that makes me pucker with joy. Now comes the second wave of light chocolate malts that smooths out the tartness. A freaky good blend.
M: light to medium with light carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed this wild ale. The Bruery prides itself on oddly delicious brews and this one ranks on the "recommended" list.
