Poured from a 750ml bottle into a tulip
Appearance- pours motor oil black with an off white head. The head is about half an inch head.
Smell- so sour. Delicious fruits such as grapefruit, orange, and some dark fruits like figs and plums. The smell is strangly addicting.
Taste- again so much sour. Upfront is a tart fruit like fermenting grapes and grapefruit. The aftertaste mellows out with a tart finih that lasts for minutes. Also strangley addicting.
Mouthfeel- makes your cheeks pucker so much. But it finishes so well. Smooth and tart in then end.
Overall- solid beer if you like sours. The tartness is well blended with the stout flavor and leaves a nice finish that doesn't destroy your mouth like other sours.
