Light hazy yellow pour with a tightly packed head that fizzes out to nothing. Looks legit.
Pear and apple cider identified right off the bat in the aroma. Subtle brett funk.
Cidery tart flavor. Slight vinegar. Touch of lemon. Subtle, light, not much to say about it, but it's an easy beer to put away. Sort of disappointing given the man behind this beer.
