Reiew from notes.
Poured into a Bruery tulip.
Clear golden, honey like color. Almost, no head. No head or lacing left behind. 2.5
Quite a nose. Hay, funk, tart acidity, lactic sourness. Nice floral notes as well. Smells great. 3.5
Tastes of lactic sourness, hints of some acetic sourness, nice round oaky/tannic/vanilla notes. 4
Mouth feel is full, only slightly carbonated. Round and super well balanced. 3
Should be more carbonated, and I’d like a bit more tartness. Otherwise the roundness and smoothness are quite nice. 4
