On tap at Barcade in Phily for Beer Week
Appearance: A really unique and cloudy pink color. Almost no head and no lacing.
Smell: Subtle, but still very funky and sour. Mostly cherry.
Taste: My friend Patrick was drinking a Supplication, and this was more mouth-puckering. Very sour, with lots of vinegar, tons of sour cherry, and some oak and vanilla. The sourness almost over-powers the different tasting notes.
Mouthfeel: Very sour, with a very long finish. Mouth puckering and delicious.
Overall: An amazing Belgian sour. Lots going on, but all tied together by extremely sour cherry notes. Would definitely buy again. Very good.
Serving type: on-tap
