Served in a Bruery tulip. Beer is brown and slightly hazy. Aggressively carbonated. Off white head of small bubbles with low retention but the fast carbonation holds the head up for a bit.
Aroma is sweet and mildly yeasty perhaps some raisin or candi sugar.
Beer is light and sweet. Nice yeast and a wet finish quite enjoyable and I appreciate a Bruery beer that isn't too heavy just simple and good. Love the low ABV too. Hopefully this is a sign that more sessions beers are on the way from the Bruery. I would have it again.

This was one of those Bruery bottles that when I read about it, I was like "nah". But then my brother rolled up with a bottle, so bonus, I get to try it without much commitment (at least financially$$$). Surprised to see the style its listed under.
Poured a brownish red color. Looked a little bit like cherry cola. Tan head 1/3" after it blew up pretty quick. Aroma went light on the belgian spice rack thankfully, had a wine barrel, dark fruit and toffee nose.
Taste was even milder than the aroma. Still kept the dark fruit, cola and wine feel to it, but I was expecting a lot more of the dark fruit bitterness, although there was a slightly different kind of metallic aspect to it, which I guess is a form of bitterness. This was like some of those belgian single (or dubbel) kind of table beers. Had a layer of nuttiness to it as well. The Belgo yeast was restrained. Pretty complex actually. Might seem even moreso if the carbonation chilled out.

A: poured into a snifter to a light brown topped by a dnese two finger off white head that fades to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of dark fruits and toffee with light baking spices
T: Taste is dark fruits and light toffee with the slightest hint of spice. Swallow is more spice and dark fruits with a bit of lingering toffee mixed with dark fruits.
M: Light in body but not watery with slightly prickly carbonation and a drying finish
O: Overall not bad but it tastes like somebody was making a belgian strong dark but didn't add the right amount of malt. Decent flavors and it carries itself well but kind of lacking. Better than a lot of stuff though.
