750 ml cork n cage bottle poured into a tulip.

Pours a light honey color with a 2" white head. Trails of lacing remain.

Big vinegar and surprised about the cherry and dark fruit notes. Some citrus and lactic acidic in there too.

Vinegar, tart citrus and cherry. Don't get any spice really from the rye, but finishes clean.

7/10 sourness. Very good sour. The cherry notes surprised me. Got this in trade but think I will grab a couple around me.

poured 750ml bottle into Teku. 2014 Vintage.

A - Darker shade of gold with a soft white 2 finger head. Fades into thin ring with minimal lacing. Looks enchanting.

S - Starts off with a tart and sour aroma. Fresh lemon juice, green plum, and sour grapes. Funk is light and there is a slight woody character.

T - Huge bright tartness that is bordering on sour. Lemons. green plum, and sour grapes. I detect faint funk and some wood, even a bit of vanilla.

M - Light crisp finish with mouth puckering sourness. Carbonation is perfect and the finish is slightly dry.

O - Pretty tasty Gueuze style that is readily available in many places that helps make the price easier to deal with.
