On tap at The Bruery in Placentia, CA.

Pours a murky yellow with a foamy khaki head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, yeast, and spices. Taste is much the same with a yeast flavor on the finish. There is a medium amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that smells better than it tastes to me.

A: A pale yellow body with a two finger white head.

S: Typical Belgian blonde. Spicy Belgian character with the flora Belgian yeast.

T: Potent Belgian flavors. The malt and hops contribute nothing to the flavor. The beer is truly an ode to the yeast.

M: Very good carbonation but the body is a little thin.

O: Worth the experience.
