I have been here at least a dozen times now if not two dozen, days where I am the only person in there, others when dozens of homebrewers are doing their thing, and even holiday celebrations where the place is packed to the brim, I will start off by saying that Patrick is one of the most inviting and friendliest brewers you will ever meet, the brewery is located in a little industrial area right off the 57 Freeway, you walk in and are greeted by numerous oak barrels, the tasting room is right in the middle of the brewery, there are places to sit down other than at the bar, they serve some kind of nuts or pretzels at each table, you can order flights that are very fairly priced, the first Friday of every month, they have a special cask offering, and the majority of these have been outstanding, especially the Melange series, their St. Veronous celebration a few months back was amazing with chocolate salted waffles and their newest beers Cuvee Juene and White Zin, their beers are some of the most unique in the industry and they are only a year old, actually going to their first anniversary celebration tomorrow morning, this place is awesome and by far my favorite stop in all of Orange County and Los Angeles, there are many perks to this establishment and some are that I always bring a growler home, usually get to try a new beer every time, and get to talk beer with the staff, do yourself a favor and get out to The Bruery, you will not regret it!

I like The Bruery. There is plenty of parking. The tap room is a cool spot which always has great stuff on tap and usually has some great food provided by a food truck. My main gripe with this place is that it is always extremely busy! Very difficult to grab a beer and find seats at times. Maybe I have just been unlucky but that has been my experience so far.

Despite that...I love dropping by every once in a while and grabbing a flight.

Tip: Hit up Mr. K's liquor afterwards. Its within walking distance and has a great selection.

Cool place, its in kind of a industrial complex, relatively good freeway access. They've continually expanded over the years. The new tasting room is awesome, but always crowded.

Quality of the beers are top notch. There's a few stinkers, but when you make so many different beers (selection) there's bound to be a couple that are too experimental or just not in sync w/ my palate.

Service is usually questionable. Uninterested hipster vibe, wrong pour sizes, outright not getting you the right bottles from your allocations, long wait times, slow counter service.

Been wanting to go here for years. I have been in the Reserve Society for a couple years now and never had the chance to go by the taproom. My Dad is my trustee, so he can :)

Great atmosphere. Area where you can select your beers for flights. Pencils and paper to make your selections. Then there is an 'L' shaped bar that extends half the side wall and the entire back wall. Plenty of seats there. Lots of tables throughout the room. Beer bottles and merch on the shelves for purchase.

We got there just in time. There was plenty of seating. About 20 mins later, it was SRO and people were hovering over our table and empty chair (brother was in bathroom), which was a bit annoying.

Quality is what it is...awesome. Great barrel-aged treats, wonderful sours, etc. There's a reason they are one of my favorite breweries.

Service was decent. Knowledgeable. Attentive. Nice.

They own all the buildings along in the parking lot. I think its time to expand the taproom!

Overall, this is my Mecca. I made it...

Really fair prices $1-3 tasters with a good pour. Meet a guy on the highest reserve society they have and got to try alot of rare gems. Signed up for the 20 min tour. It was really cool to see how they did work and the history of the place. Bought a Growler of smoking woods coffee was a great day and will be back!
