Poured into a pint glass.
It's a chocolate brown hue with a tan head that leaves a nice ring of suds.
It's got a lot of chocolate in the nose. There is a good deal of malt aroma as well.
It's got a chocolate and burnt caramel flavor. This is not a sweet beer. There isn't much hop presence.
It's medium bodied with an adequate carbonation.
Overall, this beer is good. If you're ever in OK pick some up.

First beer from this brewery, thanks to furealz (Reddit).
A very aggressive pour still only yields a small fizzy mocha colored head that fades at a med pace, head looks like a 9-10% abv kinda beer, touches of lacing, over a dark almost pitch black beer that lets a bit of mahogany light through the thin parts.
NOse is about what I expected, some darker malts, little cocoa and dusty chocolate powder, a couple layers of caramel, mild earthiness and touches of earthy hop, bit of fluffy chocolate nougat and caramel candy bar like, touch of minerality and hint of coffee.
Taste starts with more dark malts, hint of roasted black malt but not really burnt or roasty, dry cocoa mix and chocolate malt, little biscuity dark malt that eventually turns to a little char, more varying caramel flavors, light and dark, with a bit more fluffy chocolate nougat, but not sweet at all. More earthy hops kick in with a little chewy hop and fair bitterness. Finish is again very dry as the entire beer was, mild roasty flavor lingering with some earthy hops, more dried cocoa, and little caramel, spicy hops start to take over later on the finish and get fairly bitter.
Mouth is med to fuller bod with a very dry feel, nice fluffy carb.
Overall not bad, a decent porter that doesn't really do anything wrong, maybe just a bit too dry overall, but still enjoyable.
