Reviewed from notes: Love that this is a locally brewed beer, its excellent! The aroma is piny with a hint of roasted malt. On the front the taste bold, with some caramel and sweetness. The beer finishes great with no bitterness. Hop note is very floral and piny. They have balanced the booziness extremely well with malt and hop, you definitely do not know your drinking a beer with 8.6% alcohol until later. Marshall has out-done themselves with this brew. If you get the chance to have this gem, I strongly suggest you give it a try!

Nomally not a big black IPA fan But this is solid with nice hop resin sweetness in the nose. Blackish color with sticky dirty head. Love the syrupy hop feel and taste. Eyes closed you wouldn't know this was a black IPA. Flavors come together nicely leaving this very drinkable
