Thanks, Ricardo!

A clear green as I drink this out of the bottle, this looks OK, I guess. The nose is mildly skunky with little else. Extremely inoffensive otherwise, this beer is crisp on the palate, a little bitter and outside of some skunk, there's little else going on. An adequate replacement for seltzer water, maybe?

A nice golden color with a frothy head that fades quickly. Smells awful, skunk, sour smelling I almost did not taste it because of the off putting odor. I tastes poor at first, and then just lain bad. had to pour it down the stink, ohh I mean sink. I have to wonder if this bottle got warm and then cold again because I smelled and tasted so much SKUNK! I really had higher hopes of this beer being good. I heard of it years ago and always wanted to try it. I really would have liked to have had an American Lager after tasting this. Feels kind of light in my mouth.

Bottle at MS dinner open bar. Stange.

A: bright gold with 1/4 finger white head that turns to very thin white ring. Moderate carbonation. Barely any lacing, but there is some.

S: smell like beer. Nothing offensive. No hops to speak of. Not really malty; just a plain, grainy beer smell.

T: mild, beery, clean very dry and ever so slightly bitter arrival. Light and dry maltiness mid palate, followed by a clean bittering. Very refreshing.

M: fizzy, and more carbonated than it appears. Clean finish.

O: this is beer. Nothing wrong with it, I guess, but I'd sooner buy Budweiser. At least it tastes like something.

Pours a golden yellow hue with a floral head. Smelled of sweet grains. Tasted like grain. Overall refreshing but there are better options in this style.

Somehow this iconic beer passed me and this is my first time trying it so here it goes.

Presentation - Green bottle (yuck) with the setlla logos and a paper cover around the cap

Appearance - Pours an extremely clear straw color 2 fingers foamy head which lasts a few minutes. decent carbonation seen right away.

Aroma - not much smell here common of macro lagers, what I can smell is some malted grains and light floral hops.

Taste - first I taste light hops and a very subtle bitterness followed by some Grainy malts, it is a bit watery for my taste.

Mouth feel - very light body perfect for a hot day on a terrasse. good amount of carbonation, almost prickly on the tongue.

Overall - There are still plenty of beers I would choose before this but that being said if I was in a grocery store full of macros this would make the list of things id buy.

Oh Stella I feel you've been my friend through the thick and thin of drinkhood. One of my first and hopefully one of my last you'll be the friend that catches me in your soft yet supple breasts of deliciousness.

Like Heinekens better looking sister.
Yeah its drinkable.
Slight skunky . Head that fades fast.
Small hint of hops. Wheat eurotrash mass produced drink for the masses who are out to dinner and want something better than Heineken. It's not better by much. .

A: Clear golden straw color, 1/2 white head that fades to a thin layer on top, lively carbonation coming up from the bottom, good lacing

S: Biscuity malts, slight smell of hops in the background

T: Sweet biscuity malts right up front, some yeast skunkyness and a little hop bitterness at the end.

M: Really effervescent from those bubbles I mentioned before, dry crispness usually characteristic of a lager

O: A really excellent lager. In my opinion one of the best widely available lagers on the market.

I really dislike this beer, but may just be my hate for european lagers. In terms of the taste, it's not horrible but it lacks flavor. It reminds me of sipping on pellegrino water. The smell is the most unpleasant part since it smells bitter and sour. It feels like I'm drinking carbonated water and doesn't have much taste. This beer is very similar to a Dos Equis in my opinion, and couldn't justify paying more for this in comparison to a cerveza.

Green bottles sell a lot of beer but this one was skunky with a corn taste, flabby, oxidized, papery and somewhat thin. It has more malt and hops than a Bud, Millers or Coors and is a refreshing drink when not abused but still somewhat insipid. Lately too many of these have been light struck.

This is a beer that I really expected to be, and tried to make, better. A bunch of my friends love and swear by this brew... not sure why. It resembles Busch Light bought cold, then laid out on a beach in Saudi Arabia to warm, then cooled again. Skunky smell, fleeting (luckily) unpleasant taste, and just an overall bad feeling beer. Go out and grab a Hoegaarden instead, you will be much happier with that Belgium throat coater.

(bottle, revisited) haven't had this one in a while and probably won't ever have again. could hardly taste anything. Had on tap a few years back and it wasn't any better.

If you've never had beer, this is a great choice. Smooth and it doesn't have a strong bitter taste. Sadly, once you like IPA's, this will taste really weak. Nevertheless, it's a good beer.

pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of malt, grain and hops. Dry sweet taste with lightly bitter hoppy finish and aftertaste. Thin body and average carbonation. Decent pale lager.

Look: That unfortunate depth of straw color that looks exactly like urine. Thin head that dissipates very fast.

Smell: Like a roadkilled skunk. Absolutely terrible. I was about ready to give up on it after that first whiff.

Taste: BUT if do overlook those two aspects, it actually tastes just fine. A pretty solid lager, maybe the quality of Yuengling . Moderately hopped, not much other flavors going on.

Feel: And it falls apart again. feels really slick and thick. Lack of carbonation here.

Overall: I'd have it if you gave it to me. But I'd never buy it again.

Good enough. When faced with this or Heineken as my only two options, I chose this over and over. Meaning it tastes better and it also drinkable, over and over.

It was my first beer that I actually liked so It will always be my favorite, even though it isn't necessarily "the best". But I'd recommend it to anyone!

A very hyped beer for some reason. Price it like it tastes and it's just fine, but for some reason it's often priced like a premiu beer, which it isn't. At all.

I wanted to see if this beer's reputation and price matched it's quality. I poured this into a pint glass, vigorously so as to evoke the fluffy white head.

Look: The head was fluffy and pure white, which was not only pleasing to the eye but a pleasure to dip my upper lip in. The appearance was a light golden-straw color, rich in carbonation which clung to all sides of the glass.

Smell: The smell is delightful for a cannabis enthusiast like me with a potent musky-skunk aroma that gave way to milled grain and sweet malt. The dank facet of the aroma is likely due to the light green glass of the bottle which allows light to permeate the beer.

Taste: Mild and thirst quenching taste that reminds me of corn husks, dry grains, and the delicate flavor of green tea. The minuscule hop profile is grassy, sharp, and sweet.

Feel: Light-bodied, crisp and dry with thirst quenching properties. It is definitely a good beer for a hot day.

Overall: This beer tastes too much like Heineken for me to call it craft quality, but does have a lot going for it in terms of drinkability and some depth of character. If I had the choice, however, I would go for a Saison like Colette by Great Divide. Not worth the price for me.

Not bad when it's on tap, without the bottle skunk. Pale golden yellow color. Slight malt taste, grassy hops. Light, watery and refreshing. Overrated, yes, but still OK.

This is the most over hyped beer on the market. Not sure why I'm wasting my time reviewing this beer because it is what it is. Just bugs me how many incredible beers there are right now and people drink this swill because of the name.

Look, we are in a beer renaissance and this needs to be sent back to 1999. Harsh, maybe.

This beer smells like pond water. It tastes like it too. That it somehow gained a vague reputation as the "classy" Euro lager is absolutely beyond me.

Appearance : the head on this beer is enormous, porous, and gorgeous. Very fluffy stark white head about three fingers tall, and it stays a lonnnnng time. The lacing left behind is nothing short of beautiful. Rings, shelves even. The body is crystal, pale straw color, 95% opaque.

Aroma : barley malt is up front with mostly vegetal aromas - peas, celery, cilantro, corn, succotash, with straw and grass. Faint grassy hop as well. Bouquet is medium strength.

Taste : a bit bitter on the front, with a biting hop profile and stenchy malts. Not really my thing, but it's trademark of some euro pale beers. Definitely different than anything american. Very grassy, very stenchy...hoppy profile.

Mouthfeel : light, carbonated with stinging buzz, ends chalky and dry.

Overall : not one of my favorites. A solid lager nonetheless.

A: crystal clear; pale gold; 1 finger moussy white head that receded quickly to a thin collar; very nice lacing;

S: malt sweetness; some corn; a little grainy; a little DMS;

T: corn sweetness for a moment, then pilsner malt mixes in; corn sweetness and light bitterness on the finish;

M; light to medium bodied; highly carbonated; moderately dry finish;

O: thirst quenching; for what it is, it's good;

11.2oz green bottle
A - creamy & rocky white head holds good retention atop a pale golden body
S - grass, pilsner malt, lager yeast
T - grassy & spicy hops, biscuity grain, slightly tart, yeast
M - creamy and smooth, crisp finish
O - I've had this many times, but never reviewed it. There's nothing wrong with it, but it's nothing special.
