In the way upscale village of Rye on the "gold coast" of southern Westchester county, NY state, this little place is a better then decent beer stop easy off the major 95 interstate. Reasonable amount of pretty typical/commonly available selections. Stone, Bklyn, DFH, Avery, Southern Tier, Omme, you know the routine...likely also will have a selection from Captain Lawrence, typical Belgians, Brit and German imports. No growler pours, but friendly service. In short nothing amazing likely to be spied, but plenty of respectable and certainly BA worthy choices to be had.

Stoped by here during my lunch break because I wanted to check it out.
It is about a 2 minute walk from the "downtown" Rye area. They have an OK selection; more specialty singles than your typical neighborhood distributor, but a small 6 pack selection. They have a rack dedicated to "new arrivals" which is cool. Prices seemed a bit more than others, maybe a dollar or two more on average, but what do you expect when you are in Rye?

I gave the selection a higher rating because they do offer growler service (It must be new since the post below), but the selection wasnt impressive; Loose Cannon, DFH 60min, a Captain, Sixpoint Crisp, and one or two others. I like to get a growler of something I cant get on tap somewhere else; all these are pretty standard in the area. But they do offer, which is cool.

Service was good, they asked if I needed help and pointed me to the new arrival selection, but I didnt really ask for anything or seek out any help.

I guess its worth a trip if you find yourself driving by, but I wouldnt go out of the way for it (unless they do have a cool guest tap), or expect to get something you cant get elseware.

There is a better selection at the Port Chester Beer Distributor about 10 mins away...and of course any DeCiccos is better, and you are never more than 20 mins or so from any one of their locations in and around Westchester.
