The Crestwood location recently opened but everything appeared to be running smoothly. The store is well lit and clean with everything well organized and easy to find. The beer is on the far left wall as you enter the store. On the back wall you'll find almost every beer they carry also in a large bank of coolers. Very nice.

Service was great. Quick to help and very friendly.

They claim to offer every beer available in Missouri. They're close. I found that they may have every brewer available in the state - but not every beer. I'll use Goose Island as an example. They offer the Summertime and a couple of others but didn't carry the IIPA, Bourbon County, Matilda, etc. Hopefully soon.

I almost forgot to mention they also offer glassware and homebrewing products.

Prices seem consistent with other are shops.

This is probably the best Friar Tuck's in the STL area. Always a good selection of Missouri and St. Louis distro, as well as St. Louis locals. Imports have a good selection as well, although beware of some of the best by dates. Staff is always willing to lend a hand. They also get some of the more limited stuff and usually do it on a first com, first serve basis.

They also have one of the best wine and whiskey (and other booze) selections in the area. There is a whole section of local Missouri wines that other places don't/rarely carry. They have good cheese and wine/beer accessories, and I never leave without a bag of Billy Goat chips!

Gigantic box store filled with alcohol!!! What more is there to say? They literally have everything that is available is St. Louis. Thousands of wines. Hundreds of hard liquors. At least hundreds of beers. Gotta try it if youre looking for alcohol.

They have plenty of staff available, but they arent all that attentative. I'm not saying they are bad, just not all that helpful.

They have tastings every saturday afternoon, which is a real benefit if you're looking to taste before spending $$ on something new.

No food, other than cheese, crackers, and sausages. Just a big ass liquor store.

Came here for my first time before the Cardinal game on Friday w/ GeoffTheAleMan. Upon walking in, the beer selection blew my mind! At one of the counters, there were a few limited brews (Life&limb, Mikkeller's, Sours, etc.) that interested me big time but decided I would come back to get these.

Its easy to find your way around this place and very clean. One of the beer managers was in the aisle while we were searching and helped us find what we needed in a snap of a finger.

4 LONG aisles were dedicated to beer, almost the ENTIRE back had coolers of craft beer, a walk-in cooler was in the back for customers needing BMC product, and then a Mix-A-Six pack for $9.99 was in the back left corner, and this sums up the Selection! Wow! Couldn't get much better than this!

The prices were actually the same as other Liquor Stores in St. Louis (while I've heard Friar Tuck's was a bit pricey actually...). I will be coming back to this one and/or possibly another location because of their great selection!

This is a huge store combining a very large selection of beer, wine, and liquor along with a small section of cheese and homebrewing supplies. The homebrewing supplies are limited and priced higher than other local shops, although at one point I really needed some extra hops and they were the only place that had them.
I'm not much into wine so can't comment selection or pricing, and have not been able to sample any of the cheeses, either.

From a beer store perspective, they have a large selection, usually get a good supply of the hard to get brews, too, but again seems a bit higher than other places in town.

I can pretty much copy and paste my rating of FT Fenton for the one in Crestwood: Friar Tuck doesn’t have a location convenient to me (in the city of St. Louis) but this one is about 20 minutes away along the depressing stretch of Watson that used to be bustling with commerce. The store seemed pretty new, so it’s big, bright, and clean. The staff helped me out by setting aside a couple bottles for me when I called ahead. The selection was pretty huge; a very long beer aisle rolls back into a back section with both aisle displays and a walk-in refrigerated area. Stock was deep for everything they had. The prices were just a touch higher than what I would have liked, but not bad. They had things in stock that I hadn’t seen in the area yet, or at least not in a long time. I wondered how long certain things were on the shelves but that didn’t matter for a couple rare impy stouts I found. Too bad there isn’t one of these closer to me or I’d visit more. It isn’t quite worth driving past Randall’s or Wine and Cheese for, unless they have something unusual the others sold out of.

Friar Tuck's interior is very clean and tidy. All of the different sections are kept orderly, bottles are dusted and nicely placed in regional categories. The lights are dim, but gives a nice warm inviting feel. There weren't too many customers, so it was really quiet. By the looks of things, this place likely gets very busy on the weekends. This is due to the amount of cash registers on hand.

The service was pretty much non existant. This is likely due to the fact it was noon on Monday, and there were very little staff on hand.

The selection is great and I can find some beers here that I cannot on the other side of the river in Illinois. I didn't find any white whales, but I am sure they have a steady customer base who knows when to get those yearly release beers.

Prices were the usual, not overly priced and the vice. Overall I'll hit this establishment anytime, since it carries brews I cannot find in Illinois, and it's a nice clean professional looking establishment.
