Pours ruby/brown with a small but very long-lasting head. Aromas shows predominantly roasted malt, with sweet milk chocolate and coffee beans. Nice, but faint. Flavours are very similar, with easy-going toasty and roasted malt, little in the way of hops and a very mild roasty bitterness. Carbonation is way over the top, to the point of being annoying.

Sweet, malty aroma with lots of raisin and some heavily toasted bread.
Clear, brown with garnet highlights. Small, creamy, light tan head.
Good, rich fruity flavour with dark fruits being predominant. It flows into lightly roasted malts with a touch of coffee through the finish.
Medium-light body with moderately-high carbonation. The mouthfeel is a bit out of sync with what is expected.
A tasty beverage with plenty of flavour. Quite easy to drink.

A - Dark brown with 2cm off white head that slowly falls away.
S - The aroma has very subdued chocolate notes with some dark fruit hints.
T - Much better taste, chocolate dominates with some roasted coffee and dark fruit touches.
M - Medium bodied, carbonation on the lower side of medium. Bit of bitterness to balance the malty sweetness.
D - A decent example of the style. Worth trying.
