Effing delish. Funky hoppy woodsy, sour, so much going on here. Works perfectly.

Not my style but I definitely appreciate why people enjoy it. Beautiful deep amber in appearance. Funky aroma. Taste is incredibly complex. Fruity IPA upfront, with a sudden transition to funkiness, very dry finish. Wow.

2016 bottle. Graciously aged for 1 year at a local beer store.
Pours golden with an orange hue and a nice white head that sticks around. Solid lacing left on side of glass. Aroma is funky, ruby red grapefruit, pineapple, a bit winey, a little woody, a touch of cracker, and a little grassy. Flavor is all sorts of great. Ruby red grapefruit is the highlight, pineapple, some funk in there, wine and the barrel, a mildly bitter finish. Mouthfeel is crisp with a nicely dry finish. Overall, fresh this beer was really good but not necessarily a standout for the style. With some age on it, this is fantastic and one of my favorite wilde ales I have had the pleasure of drinking. Bottles are pricey but I might be heading back to the store tomorrow for a refill.

L- hazy copper good head and lace.
S- amazing citrus, tropical fruits, damp hay funk. Reminds me of fruit stipe gum in a barnyard.
T- citrus, green apple and peppery, sour funk lightly plays with hops and slight malt sweetness.
M- medium body, lush carbonation and a bit dry.
O- fantastic and so interesting.
